ADD-ONS:
  • Background will be 50-100% of base price depending on complexity.
  • Additional characters will be 50% of base price each, with a maximum of 5 total characters.
  • Three edits can be made during or after completion at no cost. After these limited edits have been made, additional edits will cost $10 each.
  • Prices may vary depending on character complexity. if there are too many intricate details, your commission will cost an additional 25% of the base price.
  • I am content with drawing NSFW, however it will cost an additional 25% of base price.

  • Furry (my ability to do so is limited, please check with me first.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS I retain the right to refuse any project for any reason.
I may refuse a project or cancel a project at any time, for reasons including inability to work, technical difficulties and/or other personal reasons.
Any rude behaviour, scamming or violation of terms on the part of the commissioner will also cause a cancellation.
A cancellation issued by the commissioner will not qualify for a refund if issued after I have begun working.
If you are dissatisfied with your completed commission, I can make additional edits to your liking, however you will not qualify for a refund.

PAYMENT I take 100% payment up front and any work past the point of a sketch will ensue only as the payment is received.
Payments will be made through PAYPAL ONLY. Prices listed above are in AUD (Australian Dollars), and I will need to be paid in AUD.
Refunds will be issued by Paypal invoice.

INQUIRY, REQUIREMENTS AND REFERENCES If you have any specific requirements for artwork sizing, I must be informed before the sketching process starts.
I will expect sufficient references of the character(s) you want drawn. If you do not have any available a detailed description, moodboard and other accompanying images will suffice.

IMAGE RIGHTS By purchasing a commission from me, you agree that the artwork will be only for your personal use.
You are not permitted to use the artwork for advertising purposes, to sell or to resell.
You are not permitted to use it as a cryptocurrency, to place it on any blockchain-associated technologies or on any NFT marketplaces.
You are not permitted to use it for generative AI training or to submit it to any generative AI training databases.

DEADLINE AND COMPLETION My personal deadline for commissions is three weeks. Larger pieces like a painted piece may take up to five or six weeks.
If you have your own deadline for the commission, it must be noted upon first contact.
If the commission is not completed within the deadline, I will issue a full refund with your permission. This condition is in the best interest of the commissioner and of myself.
